Refund Policy

ZynovvaTech is committed to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction. To ensure transparency and clarity in our services, we have established a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy. Each project undergoes meticulous planning, dividing the work into milestones to provide a structured approach.

    • All projects commence with a comprehensive discovery and analysis phase, culminating in the creation of a scope of work document.
    • This process ensures a mutual understanding of the project's requirements, minimizing the potential for cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

    • Due to the time invested in achieving milestones and completing modules, refunds are not applicable for work already accomplished.
    • In the event of a mutual termination, the client retains control of completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void. No refund is provided for previous payments or deposits.

Once the client approves mock-up designs, and the project progresses into the development phase, no payment will be refunded.

Partial refunds are not entertained for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.

Services offered by our marketing team during special occasions are non-cancellable. These limited-time offers cannot be canceled.

Digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but clients may cancel with a 30-day written notice.

Refunds are not offered on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days.

    • As we exclusively provide online digital services and do not sell physical goods, refunds are not applicable based on the condition of goods.
