Terms of services

ZynovvaTech provides services aimed at enhancing a website’s online visibility. Engaging with our services indicates your acceptance of the following terms:

• Contractual Relationship:
  • An independent contractor relationship is established between clients and ZynovvaTech No partnership or joint venture is implied.
• Commencement of Services:
  • The start date of services will be mutually agreed upon. Charges will apply from this date.
• Monthly Performance Report:
  • Clients will receive a monthly report on performance services.
• Cancellation or Transfer:
  • Either party may not cancel or fully transfer service responsibilities without a prior notice of at least 10 business days.

• Monthly Service Package:
  • Clients availing monthly service packages are obligated to pay the full chargeable amount before the commencement of work.
• Fixed Quote Services:
  • If a fixed quote is agreed upon, 50% of the billable amount must be paid in advance, with the remaining 50% due within 15 days of the service start date.
• Invoicing
  • ZynovvaTech will invoice clients monthly in advance. Failure to pay a monthly invoice when due may result in immediate termination of services without a 10-day prior notice.

Promotional codes are offered at the discretion of Google or partners. There is no guaranteed provision of coupon codes, but efforts are made to obtain them for clients.

All content on the ZynovvaTech website and delivered to subscribers as part of the service is the property of ZynovvaTech .

ZynovvaTech reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
